Super easy to work with! Jackie, the paralegal there, was absolutely wonderful! Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier! Process took about 6 weeks - mostly waiting on the manufacturer of the vehicle to get back to them! When all was said and done, they got the manufacturer to repurchase my vehicle. I also got my down payment for the vehicle back with a few extra bucks!

Had been talking with the manufacturer for about a month to do a buyback but did not reach the desired outcome and was not satisfactory. After talking with Dave and his team in about one month a settlement was reached and surrendered the vehicle with a full buyback the following month.
The team is very helpful and answers all questions. The team found it hard to reach the surrender company but the experience was easy and straightforward when it finally did happen. The full buyback was agreed upon by the manufacturer and the manufacturer paid the legal fees. Will recommend to anyone else who has had issues with cars under manufacturer warranty.

I've been having software issues with my 2 years old EV and dealers took a long time to fix them. Not happy with the manufacture so I reached out to David Gorberg for help. Since my car has over 28k miles on it, it has long past the NY lemon law statue, which is cap at 18k miles. However, they took my case and negotiated a reasonable compensation for me without anything out of my pocket.

The first time I used David was in 1999 when I had bought a new vehicle that had constant transmission issues that could not be resolved, so he got the manufacturer to take the vehicle back and buy out my lease. So fast forward 25 years, bought a new vehicle which has had the engine replaced twice so I remembered the excellent results from 25 years earlier so I called 1800MYLEMON and I was able to reconnect with David and his team, they sued the manufacturer and were able to get me my hard earned money back. Laura was very professional, I explained to her what happened. She assured me that there was more than 90% chance that they would buy the car back gave her the information gave her pictures. She communicated through the entire process the day before I was supposed to turn it into the Dodge dealer she went over everything that was going to happen. We bought 2024 Mazda CX-90 and after we drove 17,000 mile on it check engine light came on and Mazda couldn’t fixed it it sit 2.5 months in Mazda dealership to get fixed ,basically it was defected car and under Pennsylvania lemon law defected car can be repurchased back on under 12,000 mile but we had 17,000 anyway, I reach out lemon law office, and talk to

David. Goldberg was able to jump on my claim after I had multiple failures dealing directly with my claim with Mercedez-Benz. Giving me the run around of people to speak to managing my claim and nothing went anywhere. Also to mention the car dealership manager told me when I went to him.
With only approx. 1,100 miles on the vehicle and it did not work properly from day one he could not help me. It was up to the service dept. to resolve the steering wheel shaking problem which was close to a Year later and with more appointments than I want to think about but not resolved. Then the service manager left, and they could not confirm the promises he made to me. Again, another roadblock.
David J. Goldberg took immediate control of the claim. Followed up with me with e-mails, text messages, and phone calls. My claim, solved thanks to him and his firm in a timely manner.
And yesterday I received my full payment check of $61,913.89 from MB SEDWICK less the ten cents per mile deducted on the vehicles milage from MB and I surrendered the vehicle to the dealership.

David and his team took the lead on everything, and the duration of our settlement was due to GM dragging their feet along the way. Nonetheless, the claim was settled without having to go to the arbitrators. I will say, make sure to have your documentation lined up and well-organized so you can help make David's job easier to represent your case. Imagine, finally deciding to get the vehicle you have always wanted only for it to break down "forever" just under 5 months later. Our vehicle was waiting for a part for over 4 months, it was pretty much dead at the dealership for that same length of time.This nightmare was made a hell of alot easier to take with the assistance of David and Laura and everyone that walked us through the process of the manufacturer repurchasing our vehicle. There's always going to be some nit picky stuff, but, the whole process of the repurchase went much faster than anticipated and was relatively easy. I'm hoping this doesn't happen again, but if it does, I know the first person I will be reaching out to without hesitation. - * * * Update - while I would still recommend and reach out to them, be aware that come tax time will likely be responsible for the tax amount that the attorneys receive directly from the manufacturer. In our case we each received a 1099 for 1000 bucks each. THIS despite not actually receiving the money. Explain how this isn't double dipping to me. I can tell you, there is no way you will be able to. Sure, the money that went directly to the firm was for representing us, I get that. However, in the end who REALLY received financial compensation? If both of us are claiming this on our taxes how is this ok? In the end were we made whole? ehh no, not exactly. But at least we got out of a lemon vehicle.

When the center screen went black on my brand new Honda and the service department said Honda is aware of the problem but doesn’t have a solution, I didn’t know who to turn to. I was ready just to take the loss and trade in my $38,000 2020 odyssey when I decided to call the Lemon Law attorneys. I was immediately comforted. It has taken many screen replacements (and another one on order) but at least they were able to get me some compensation. I have had the same vibrating issue with my car since I drove it off the lot. After the dealer's many attempts to correct the issue, I decided to seek other options. I'm glad I came across you guys! I spent months trying different approaches and even called a different lawyer that a friend recommended. After speaking to that lawyer once, they never returned my calls again. Then my wife found David Gorberg. I spoke to David right away and he knew exactly what needed to be done to get this resolved and he did it. Right away I knew I was in great hands and that my problems would be solved.

Good if you want some money. If you take the settlement you are waving your rights for any future claims in regards to your car. I took the settlement a few months back but now I have a true lemon which has been shop a month and half with no end in sight and I cant do nothing about it. Seriously think about present and future before you take any settlement. And I thought the manufacture pays all legal cost and the attorney took a 3rd of settlement.

My wife and I leased a brand new truck in late October 2019 and by late November 2019 it had broken down forcing us to have it towed back to the dealership. By December 2019, we were told the transmission had to be replaced and did not have the vehicle returned to us until late January 2020; nearly two months it sat in the shop. I purchased a car that has not met any of my expectations I had. The main issue was the one feature it actually has, the apple play system. I’m very happy with the outcome of their service. I Never had to deal with any type lawsuit before and being stressed out over a vehicle not being fixed after 4 times I contacted them to see what could be done they helped me with any questions I had dealt with me getting stressed out for good reason and eventually got me a very very nice settlement. One thing I will say is stick to your guns when filing a Lemmon law/ Breach of warranty case. Don’t let the car companies off easy get as much money as you can. You deserve it!

I had issues with my brand new car that I had just bought 4 months prior it had a couple problems before the engine completely blowing. My car was out of service for over a month. I was able to call the people at lemon law (David Gorberg) and they responded promptly to my call and helped me right away to start a claim. They were extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process. They answered all of my questions and gave me some really good advice. Although I did not have a case they have all my records now on file and if anything further happens to my car I can call them to update them and they can start a claim and go from there. Im very appreciative, and even after 3 months of my claim was closed they called to check up and make sure everything was still going okay. They have great customer service.

Law office of David Gorberg helped through multiple steps of litigation against a high end car company. They explained the process, the options and the possible outcomes in detail. Super helpful staff, very responsive to requests and overall great experience. Hope to not have to use them again, but if there's an issue with your car, it's a lemon, or the manufacturer refuses to fix something that's obviously a warranty issue.. these guys are the best.

Ok let's start out by saying these people are the best. Very responsive answer all questions quickly. They kept me informed throughout the whole process. Literally all I had to do was contact them send repair orders to them a registration and the sales agreement and they took it from there. They were able to get me a great settlement on a truck the dealer kept saying nothing was wrong.Everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I just can't say enough about them they are terrific. Believe me if your having troubles and don't understand the laws that are in place to protect you they will explain it so even a rock could understand

I'm extremely pleased with the service and the results. I bought a brand new luxury car and had to have the dealership fix the Cue system (GPS, radio, camera, etc.) multiple times. It works for a week and then becomes inoperative again (it's current state). The Cue System was a very expensive option. Glad David and Laura were able to resolve my case quickly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them. Thank you.
