What happens next?

  1. We will evaluate your case and determine if your vehicle is a lemon. If a determination is made that your vehicle is a lemon we will notify you of our decision, and with your permission, contact the manufacturer in order to attempt to negotiate a settlement for your defective car. Should the manufacturer fail to settle your claim we will file suit against the manufacturer at no cost or fee to you.
  2. If the manufacturer agrees to settle your case, you receive compensation, and all legal fees and costs are paid by the manufacturer. If the manufacturer refuses to settle your case, we will proceed to court, and attempt to obtain compensation for you. Regardless of the outcome of the case, no fees or costs are charged to you.
