It is quick to tell me when my doors are open or how hard I am braking but it cannot fulfill the other items it is said to be able to do. Any help would be great.

In mid April, my 2021 FE was at the dealer for the recall service when error occurred which prevented the necessary software updates. I was told that the “(VW) Carnet Module” had failed and needed to be replaced before any software update could be performed. I was told that the module had been ordered and I was given a new appointment for second week of May. Today, I found out that the part was on indefinite back-order. I asked for the part number of what was ordered: 11A-035285. which is the “Mobile Phone Antenna Bracket – A component to which the Cellular Phone Antenna or related component is Mounted to. Telematics.

Addressing the VW Atlas CarNet Problems
